Halloway Kane was built on a simple observation: operators do not mis-hire once, they mis-hire repeatedly, and they blame the hire rather than the process that produced them. Hired on charisma, handed no system, gone before the ramp. The cost is never the salary; it is the twelve months the operator spends doing work they should have stopped doing.

Recruiters assess the candidate. Nobody assesses the seat. So we built a system that profiles the executive first. Fit is not a property of a candidate: it is a relationship between two working styles, measured on the same instrument. The Halloway Profile captures the operator and what the seat demands; the Kane Profile scores each candidate against that band. One instrument, two profiles, one score.

Every engagement is one of three models, each a superset of the last: Training, where the client keeps their existing assistant; Screening, where the client has candidates and cannot choose; and Sourcing, where the client has nobody and no time. Commercial terms are agreed privately and are not published.

We stay in the room after the hire: 90 days of team access for the executive and 30 for the candidate, because a placement that survives the first quarter generates the referral that fills the next one. We do not charge candidates, and we do not accept payment for placement.

The assistant arrives with tools, not just training. We are based in Dubai and work across the United Arab Emirates and the wider Gulf. The assessment itself is taken online and is used by clients and candidates wherever they happen to be.
