How we handle your information
We collect the minimum we need to run a private advisory, and we treat all of it as confidential.
What we collect
Your name and email address when you sign in or enquire. Your answers and scores when you complete the working-style assessment. Records of reports generated for you or shared with you, and records of payments where you buy a report. We do not collect information we do not use.
How it is used
Assessment answers are used solely to produce your profile and any reports you or your sponsoring client unlock. We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it with third parties except the service providers needed to operate the platform, such as our email and payment providers. Comparison and team reports are only produced with the participation of the people involved.
Payments
Card payments are processed by our payment provider; card numbers never touch our systems. We hold records of what was purchased, when, for how much and in what currency, which we retain for accounting and legal purposes. All prices are quoted and charged in US dollars.
Result codes
Public verification by result code reveals only a first name, domain bands and a completion date. You may set a PIN on your result, and codes can be revoked at any time on request. Your full answers and written reports are never accessible through a result code.
Sign-in and cookies
We use email one-time codes instead of passwords. Codes expire after ten minutes, work once, and are stored only as hashes. A single session cookie keeps you signed in; it is HTTP-only, secure and not used for tracking. We do not run advertising trackers.
Retention, correction and deletion
We keep assessment results while your profile remains in our candidate pool or your client account remains active. You may ask us to correct or delete your information at any time by writing to the contact address on our enquiry page; deletion requests are honoured except where a legal or accounting obligation requires a record to be kept.
