For Candidates
Be known before the role exists
If you are an executive assistant or a salesperson, we would like to know how you work before a brief ever lands. Nobody good ever leaves our database.
Why take the assessment
Most recruitment starts with a vacancy and works backwards under time pressure. We keep a standing pool of assessed candidates, which means when an operator's fit band matches your Kane Profile, we approach you first, before anything is advertised and before anyone else is looking.
The assessment is free, takes about twenty minutes, and gives you something few candidates have: a structured, banded account of how you actually work, held under a result code you control.
How selection actually works
Our process is deliberately demanding. The job advert is itself a test, the Compliance Filter: an exact subject line, a named recipient and precise formatting instructions, with no second chance. An assistant who cannot follow a three-line instruction will not follow a thirty-step one. Candidates who pass sign an NDA, complete cognitive and behavioural testing, and receive a Kane Profile scored against the fit band of the specific seat.
Rejection is role specific, not a verdict on you. A candidate rejected for one operator is often exactly right for the next one, which is why candidates who clear the tests stay in the database and are put forward again. If you are matched, you are trained for the role before handover, and you keep 30 days of team access after you start, while you establish the standard.
What happens with your profile
Your profile sits privately in our pool. When an engagement matches it, we contact you and ask whether you want to be considered; nothing moves without your consent, and clients are not told your name until you have agreed.
Your result code, in the form HK-XXXX-XXXX, is yours to share. Anyone verifying it sees only your first name, your domain bands and a completion date, never your answers or your full report. You may set a PIN on your result, and you can ask us to revoke a code at any time.
Straight answers
There is no fee to candidates at any stage, and no way to pay us to be placed. We introduce the people the evidence supports, which is precisely why operators keep retaining us. If a pairing is wrong for you, we will say so; a placement that fails at month four helps nobody, least of all you.
Start with the assessment: take it now, or read how it works first.
