Three to five profiles read as a system: where the team is strong, where nobody holds the system, and what the next hire needs to bring.
Team Report (6 to 10 members)
Six to ten profiles read as a system, with the same facet-level friction analysis run across every pairing that matters.
Team Report (11 to 20 members)

- Why are engagements priced on enquiry?
- Written report pricing is published below: individual, comparison and team reports each carry a listed price in US dollars. Hiring engagements are scoped to a specific seat and operator, so engagement pricing is agreed privately. Enquire with the role in mind and you will receive a scoped proposal.
- Is the assessment sitting complimentary?
- Yes, the sitting is complimentary, and it ends with a first reading of your result, which is deliberately limited. Your full result and the written advisory report are paid, and hiring engagements are priced separately on enquiry.
- What is included after a placement?
- Aftercare is built in: the executive keeps 90 days of team access, and the placed candidate keeps 30 days, while the working relationship is established.
- How is payment handled?
- Report purchases are arranged by enquiry while online card checkout is being enabled. Bank transfer is available for engagements and is confirmed and recorded by the firm. Engagements are subject to regional tax variations.
