- Which engagement model do I need?
- Consulting & placement where the search is to be conducted for you, fully managed from first brief to settled hire. - What are the Halloway and Kane Profiles?
- The operator is profiled first: that is the Halloway Profile, which sets the fit band for the seat. Each candidate is then scored against that band: that is the Kane Profile. One instrument, two profiles, one score.
- Why profile the executive before any candidate?
- Because fit is a property of the pairing, not of the candidate alone. The cost of a wrong hire runs well beyond salary, and most of those failures are mismatches with how the executive actually works, which is measurable before anyone is interviewed.

- The firm is based in Dubai and serves clients internationally; assessments, interviews and reporting are delivered remotely, so engagements are not limited by geography.
