The assessment is the instrument behind both profiles in our system: the Halloway Profile of the operator and the seat, and the Kane Profile of the candidate scored against that band. It measures five domains of working style across thirty facets: Execution, Drive, Composure, Collaboration and Exploration. One hundred and twenty questions, about twenty minutes, answers saved as you go.
Both profiles are built on the five-factor model, using public-domain IPIP scales. The instrument is ours; the underlying research is not proprietary to anyone.
Taking it is free. The full written report, comparison reports and team analyses are paid products, priced in US dollars and produced for the specific profiles involved rather than assembled from stock paragraphs.
Results carry integrity checks, are reported in bands rather than raw scores, and come with a result code in the form HK-XXXX-XXXX that lets anyone you choose verify your headline bands and nothing more.
