Screening is for the client who already has candidates and cannot choose between them. It contains everything in Training, then puts each candidate through the same gates our sourced candidates face.

  • Kane Profiles for each candidate, scored against the fit band rather than a generic ideal.
  • A live personality assessment.
  • A ranked recommendation in writing.

A mismatch is not a failure: it is information, delivered before anyone has signed an employment contract. Where the honest answer is that none of the shortlist fits, we say so.
