Training

Training is the entry model, for a client who keeps their existing assistant but has never actually handed over the role. Most executives have never written down what they do, so there is nothing to delegate and the assistant invents the role themselves.

The engagement includes:

• The executive profiling session: forty-five to sixty minutes mapping the role, the calendar, the inbox, the boundaries and the failure modes of the last three hires.
• The Halloway Profile: the executive's own working style, combined with what the seat demands, expressed as a scored range.
• The delegation video curriculum.
• Handover and task templates covering exactly what must be transferred for the assistant to work unsupervised.
• 90 days of team access.
